Toll children find it , when the balloons are "charged". Then post them to the ceiling "stick". The best way is if you rub the balloon on a fleece pullover. If you are holding it to the ceiling then they remain "stuck" there. Now the children can lie down under it and watch full voltage when the balloons are solved.
